TYO staff are a diverse, talented and dynamic group of Palestinians and Americans. They form an effective and dedicated team working to advance TYO’s mission in Nablus. TYO is growing quickly, and we're always looking for talented entrepreneurial people who share our commitment to making life better for children in at-risk communities. TYO Internship Program
One of TYO’s objectives is to bring people of all backgrounds together across divides of class and culture. We pursue this objective through our international intern program, among other initiatives.

For TYO Summer 2008 and 2009, five Americans were recruited from top universities for a 10-week summer internship at TYO Nablus. In cooperation with TYO staff, they developed activities for 8-25 year olds and their parents based on community needs and interests.  Our 09 interns come from Barnard, Columbia, The Fletcher School at Tufts University, and Yale. They are offering summer camp activities, sports, English classes, Model United Nations, science classes and more. Interns live and work at the TYO center and take Arabic classes with a professor from Arab American University in Jenin.
